Stumbled across this 10-min video on mun2TV's YT channel about Afro-Latinos. I like that it includes celebs and regular folks sharing their experiences. Most of what they're talking about may be common knowledge for anyone who's grown up around Afro-Latinos, but there are a few bits that surprised me and made me crack up.

Kind of lost in the news about Ron Silver dying was the obituary for Altovise, Sammy Davis Jr.'s widow.

What I remember from Sammy's various books was his recalling Dean Martin's first impression of the striking, leggy professional dancer, Altovise: "Sammy, I think you over-married!"
